How to Check Your Deposit History

Follow these steps to locate previous deposit transactions and narrow the records to the information you need. If you are unfamiliar with the account interface, see Navigating the Platform (/en/user-guide/navigating-the-platform) (Internal Link) for guidance on finding History and other account functions.

Step 1: Click the History Button

Sign in to your account and click the History button. This section provides access to transaction records associated with your account. You can begin from https://kk8official.my (Naked URL) before accessing your account features.

Step 2: Select Deposit

Choose Deposit as the transaction type. This filters the History section so that you can focus on deposit records rather than other account transactions.

Step 3: Enter the Start and End Dates

Set the relevant start and end dates for the period you want to review. Choosing an appropriate date range can make it easier to locate a particular top-up or examine deposits made during a specific period.

Step 4: Select Your Preferred Status

Choose the transaction status you want to review, such as pending, approved or rejected. The available status filter helps narrow the displayed records according to their recorded processing state.

Step 5: View the Deposit History

Review the deposit history displayed after applying your preferred criteria. Check the available transaction information carefully when identifying a particular deposit.

How to Filter Deposit Records

Search by Transaction Date

Use the start and end date fields to define the period you want to examine. A focused date range is useful when your account contains multiple deposit transactions and you need to locate a specific record.

Filter by Deposit Status

The status selection can be used to focus on transactions recorded under categories such as pending, approved or rejected. Select the status that best matches the deposit you are trying to find.

Use Date and Status Filters Together

Combining a relevant date range with a transaction status can reduce unrelated results and make your deposit records easier to review. If you do not find the expected transaction, recheck the selected dates and status before changing your search criteria.

Understanding Deposit Statuses

Pending Deposit

A deposit shown as pending has not yet reached a final recorded status in your transaction history. Review the record again later to see whether its status has changed.

Approved Deposit

An approved status indicates that the deposit is recorded as approved in your history. Review the transaction details displayed with the record to confirm you are checking the intended deposit.

Rejected Deposit

A rejected status indicates that the transaction is recorded as rejected. Check the available transaction information before deciding whether you need to make another deposit or seek further assistance.

Check Your Deposit Records

Open your History section, select Deposit, set the relevant date range and choose a transaction status to find the deposit records you want to review.
